The deed shall contain a reversionary clause that in the event such land ever shall cease to be used for such purposes, which purposes shall be set forth in the deed, then the title thereto and the possession thereof shall immediately revert to the state of Kansas.
(b) Liability for damages resulting from the use of the property described in this section shall be subject to the limitation of subsection (o) of K.S.A. 75-6104 and amendments thereto.
