§ 75-2730 — World War II veterans' experience history project grants; award, criteria

Kansas·Ch. 75 STATE DEPARTMENTS; PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES·Art. 27 STATE HISTORICAL SOCIETY
(a)Subject to the provisions of appropriation acts and in accordance with the provisions of this act, the executive director of the Kansas state historical society may provide administrative and Kansas veterans' experience history project grants to:
(1)Not-for-profit organizations which have tax exempt status under section 501(c) of the federal internal revenue code of 1986; or (2) a state educational institution as defined by K.S.A. 74-3201b, and amendments thereto; or (3) a degree or certificate granting private college located in the state; or (4) other local, municipal or state historical agency for development and implementation of a program to record experiences of veterans of World War II residing in Kansas.
(b)Such grants shall be awarded for the fiscal years ending June 30, 200
