Text

(a)There is hereby established the state historic sites board of review which shall be composed of the following members:
(1)The governor or the governor's designee;
(2)the state historic preservation officer or such officer's designee; and (3) nine members appointed by the governor, at least one of whom shall be professionally qualified in the field of architecture, one professionally qualified in the field of history, one professionally qualified in the field of prehistoric archeology, one professionally qualified in the field of historic archeology and one professionally qualified in the field of architectural history. A majority of the members of the board shall be professionally qualified in at least one of such fields.
