§ 75-139 — Title to gift shotgun accepted for Kansas transferred to former governor

The title to the personalized shotgun that was presented by O.

P.Mossberg and Sons, a gun manufacturer, to Governor Joan Finney to use at the Governor's One Shot Turkey Hunt in 1992 and that was accepted on behalf of Kansas by Governor Joan Finney, is hereby transferred and conveyed to former governor Joan Finney on the effective date of this act.
