Text
It shall be incumbent upon the outgoing governor to:
(a)Advise with the incoming governor with regard to current ongoing programs of the state and to assist him or her in establishing channels of communications with state agencies; and
(b)provide the incoming governor access to all records, correspondence and other papers of the office which are required to be kept and maintained under the provisions of subsections (a) and (b) of K.S.A. 75-104.
