Text

Each mobile home and recreational vehicle manufacturer shall issue with each new mobile home or recreational vehicle a warranty generally in use in the industry warranting such mobile home or recreational vehicle to be free from material defects and to be manufactured in a workmanlike manner. Such warranty shall be to the buyer or the buyer's assignee in interest and shall set forth in writing the following terms:

(a)That the mobile home or recreational vehicle has been manufactured in conformity with the code.
(b)That the mobile home or recreational vehicle is free from any defects in design, materials or workmanship.
(c)That the manufacturer shall take appropriate corrective action at the site of the mobile home or in the case of recreational vehicle, at the nearest authorized service
