Text

(a)No organization licensee or facility manager licensee shall permit any business not owned and operated by the organization licensee to sell goods or services within a racetrack facility where the organization licensee conducts race meetings unless such business has been issued a concessionaire license by the commission.
(b)Businesses required to be licensed pursuant to this section shall apply for concessionaire licenses in a manner and upon forms prescribed and furnished by the commission. The commission shall require disclosure of information about the owners and officers of each applicant and may require such owners and officers to submit to fingerprinting.
