§ 74-7025 — Expiration of license or certificate of authorization; notice; renewal; continuing education as condition for license renewal; reinstatement after failure to renew; fee for reinstatement; replacement license; inactive status

Kansas·Ch. 74 STATE BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND AUTHORITIES·Art. 70 STATE BOARD OF TECHNICAL PROFESSIONS
(a)At least 30 days prior to the date of expiration of a license or certificate of authorization, the executive director shall notify every person licensed under K.S.A. 74-7001 et seq., and amendments thereto, or business entity issued a certificate of authorization under K.S.A. 74-7036, and amendments thereto, of the date of the expiration of the license or certificate of authorization and the amount of the fee that is required for its renewal for two years. The licensee shall notify the board in writing of any change of address within 30 days after the date of such change. A licensee shall not practice any technical profession after the expiration date until the license or certificate of authorization has been renewed or reinstated.
