K.S.A. 55-601 through 55-609 conferred. All of the powers, duties, authority and jurisdiction heretofore vested in the public service commission under and by virtue of sections 55-601 to 55-609, 1931 Supplement to the Revised Statutes of Kansas, 1923, and chapter 214 of the Session Laws of 1933, be and are hereby vested in the state corporation commission.
