Text

The following programs and functions are hereby transferred from the division of marketing, department of agriculture, and conferred upon the secretary of agriculture:

(a)The functions relating to standards, grades, and classifications for agricultural products and receptacles, pursuant to K.S.A. 74-531, 74-532, and 74-534, and amendments thereto;
(b)the functions relating to labeling of agricultural products established under K.S.A. 2-2306, and amendments thereto; and (c) functions relating to the grape and wine industry advisory council established by K.S.A. 74-552, and amendments thereto.
