§ 74-50,323 — Attracting powerful economic expansion Kansas residency incentive fund; establishment; administration by the secretary of commerce; use of

There is hereby established in the state treasury the attracting powerful economic expansion Kansas residency incentive fund to be administered by the secretary of commerce. All moneys credited to the attracting powerful economic expansion Kansas residency incentive fund shall be used by the Kansas department of commerce for reimbursement to qualified firms for expenses incurred in a Kansas residency incentive plan for employees pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 74-50,312 and 74-50,322, and amendments thereto. All expenditures from the attracting powerful economic expansion Kansas residency incentive fund shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretary of commerce o
