§ 74-50,300 — Expiration of act; donation of funds

Kansas·Ch. 74 STATE BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND AUTHORITIES·Art. 50 DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
(a)The provisions of K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 74-50,291 through 74-50,300 of this act, and amendments thereto, shall expire on December 31, 2027.
(b)Upon the expiration of the commission on December 31, 2027, any property remaining property in the possession of the commission may be donated to local municipalities or other state agencies by the secretary of commerce.
