§ 74-50,291 — Title of act; definitions

Kansas·Ch. 74 STATE BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND AUTHORITIES·Art. 50 DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
(a)K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 74-50,291 through 74-50,300, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas commission for the United States semiquincentennial act.
(b)As used in K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 74-50,291 through 74-50,300, and amendments thereto:
(1)"Act" means the Kansas commission for the United States semiquincentennial act; and
(2)"commission" means the Kansas commission for the United States semiquincentennial.
