(a)In addition to any other reports by the secretary of commerce to the legislative post audit committee, the house committee on commerce, labor and economic development or the senate committee on commerce otherwise required by law, each year, commencing in 2020, the secretary of commerce shall make an oral presentation before the legislative post audit committee, the house committee on commerce, labor and economic development and the senate committee on commerce at mutually agreed times during the period from the commencement of the legislative session to the end of January, and shall provide a report to each such committee with respect to each economic development incentive program as defined by K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 74-50,226, and amendments thereto.
