§ 74-4978g — Preservation of entitlement to receive pension or other benefit from state highway patrol pension fund; benefits for minor children of certain deceased members; conditions for payments; termination of payments; exemption of pension and benefits from taxes and civil liability
Any person receiving or entitled to receive a pension or any other benefit, or who will become entitled to receive a pension or any other benefit, from the state highway patrol pension fund as it existed prior to April 1, 1972, shall be entitled to receive from the Kansas police and firemen's retirement system such pension or any other benefit to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as existed on April 1, 1972.
