th check recipients in KDFA series 2003H bond debt service fund; powers and duties of executive secretary; transfer of certain amounts to state general fund. Notwithstanding the provisions of K.S.A. 74-4921, and amendments thereto, any employer contributions remitted in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 20-2605, 74-4920, 74-4939 and 74-4967, and amendments thereto, for the purpose of paying the actuarial cost of the provisions of K.S.A. 74-49,109 et seq., and amendments thereto, shall be deposited in the KDFA series 2003H bond debt service fund, which is hereby created in the state treasury.
