§ 74-4717 — Definitions

Kansas·Ch. 74 STATE BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND AUTHORITIES·Art. 47 INSURANCE BY PUBLIC AGENCIES

As used in this act:

(a)"Committee" means the committee on surety bonds and insurance.
(b)"Secretary" means the secretary of administration.
(c)"Department" means the department of administration.
