Text
Any school district may request the performance of youth education services by eligible students by submitting an application therefor to any eligible educational institution. Youth education services shall be performed in accordance with agreements entered into between school districts and eligible educational institutions. Such agreements may provide for payments by school districts to eligible educational institutions of amounts to defray in part the amount of financial assistance to be provided for eligible students who perform youth education services. Payments by a school district to an eligible educational institution in accordance with an agreement entered into under authority of this section shall be made from the general fund of the school district.
