Text
(a)In addition to the authority provided for the granting or conveying of right-of-way easements under K.S.A. 75-2131, and amendments thereto, the state board of regents or a designee, with or without receiving consideration therefor, may grant or convey right-of-way easements across, over, under, upon or through any land belonging to the state, and under the custody and control of the board of regents, to any person. Such easements may permit use of the land for purposes of access, convenience or necessity and such other right-of-way purposes as are customarily related to such easements.
