§ 74-32,428 — Responsibilities of applicants

Kansas·Ch. 74 STATE BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND AUTHORITIES·Art. 32 STATE BOARD OF REGENTS

Responsibilities of applicants. Each applicant for a career technical workforce grant, in accordance with rules and regulations of the board of regents, shall:

(a)Complete and file an application for the award or renewal of a career technical workforce grant.

(b)Report promptly to the board of regents any information requested relating to the administration of this act.
