K.S.A. 74-32,163 through 74-32,184, and amendments thereto, and K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 74-32,164a, 74-32,170a, 74-32,170b and 74-32,178a, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas private and out-of-state postsecondary educational institution act.
