§ 74-2445 — Microfilming and photostating services for elected officials and state agencies; fees; revolving fund, use

The secretary of revenue may provide microfilming and photostating services for elected officials, departments, boards, commissions, and other state agencies. The secretary of revenue is authorized to establish reasonable fees for such microfilming and photostating services and such fees are to be based upon the cost of labor and materials expended in performing such services and shall also include a factor for the depreciation of equipment. All fees derived from the performance of these services shall be remitted to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of a revolving fund for such services. The microfilmin
