§ 73-710 — Penalty for violating

Kansas·Ch. 73 SOLDIERS, SAILORS AND PATRIOTIC EMBLEMS·Art. 7 FLAG AND PATRIOTIC EMBLEMS

K.S.A. 73-705 through 73-710. Any person failing to comply with or violating any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars.
