§ 73-507 — Notice upon filing of petition

Upon the filing of a petition for the appointment of a curator, under the provisions of this act, the court shall cause such notice to be given as provided by the act for obtaining a guardian or conservator, or both (K.S.A. 59-3050 through 59-3095, and amendments thereto).
