K.S.A. 73-401 through 73-410. The governing bodies of cities of the first class of the state of Kansas, having a population of over 100,000, who have, under the provisions of K.S.A. 73-401 to 73-410, inclusive, erected a military memorial building, for the purposes designated in said statutes, may issue additional bonds, not to exceed the sum of $41,750, the proceeds whereof to be used in furnishing and equipping the said military memorial building and in decorating the grounds thereof, as per the following schedule; and not otherwise and not to exceed the amounts set forth in said schedule:
Window shades $750
Portable stage 2,500
Seats 18,000
Painting walls in auditorium 2,500
Plastering walls in auditorium 4,000
Lighting fixtures 7,500
Paving and curbing alley 1,500
Constructing driveway
