The state director of accounts and reports is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the treasurer of state for the payment of the necessary expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of K.S.A. 73-307, upon duly verified vouchers approved by the said board of administration of charitable institutions [*] of the state of Kansas. * "Charitable institutions" are now under the control of the secretary for aging and disability services (see 76-12a06). The Kansas soldiers' home is under the control of the Kansas veterans' commission (see 76-1904).
