§ 73-220 — Application of certain act [*]

Kansas·Ch. 73 SOLDIERS, SAILORS AND PATRIOTIC EMBLEMS·Art. 2 VETERANS' PREFERENCE
The provisions of this act [*] shall apply to all persons who served overseas during world war II and to all persons who served overseas with the armed forces of the United States during the military, naval and air operations in Korea or other places under the flag of the United States and the United Nations or under the flag of the United States alone, as members of the American red cross nurse corps. * "Provisions of this act," see also 73-201, 73-202, 73-207, 73-304, 73-307, 73-401, 73-417, 73-430, 75-2955.
