Text
The Vietnam war era veterans' recognition award fund is hereby created in the state treasury, and shall consist of all gifts, donations and bequests to the fund. Moneys received shall be remitted to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of the Vietnam war era veterans' recognition award fund. The fund shall be administered by the director of the Kansas office of veterans services. Moneys in the Vietnam war era veterans' recognition award fund shall not be transferred to the credit of the state general fund.
