There is hereby established in the state treasury the Persian Gulf War veterans health initiative fund which shall be administered by the director. All moneys received from any grants from federal or other nonstate sources, from contributions or from any other source for the purpose of financing the activities of the board or the development or administration of the surveys developed by the board under this act, shall be remitted to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of the Persian Gulf War veterans health initiative fund.
