The board of education of a school district disorganized under the provisions of this act may enter into contracts necessary for maintenance and operation of the school district until the disorganization is effective for school instruction and attendance purposes. Any such contract entered into by the board of education shall contain a provision that the contract must be fully executed prior to the July 1 upon which the disorganization is effective and that on and after such date the contract is void. Any such contract entered into by the board of education after the disorganization is effective for school instruction and attendance purposes is void. Any other contract entered into by the board of education after the date on which the state board of education issues its order disorganizing
