(a)There is hereby established in every school district a career and postsecondary education fund, which shall consist of all moneys deposited therein or transferred thereto according to law. All moneys received by a school district for any course or program authorized and approved under the provisions of article 38 of chapter 72 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, except for courses and programs conducted in an area vocational school, shall be credited to the career and postsecondary education fund. All moneys received by the school district from tuition, fees or charges or from any other source for career technical education courses or programs, except for courses and programs conducted in an area vocational school, shall be credited to the career and postsecondary
