Text
(a)Applications for grants under the program shall be prepared and submitted in the form and manner required by the state board. The application shall be accompanied by any information required by the state board.
(b)The amount of money awarded through a grant shall not exceed the amount of actual expenses incurred by the district in the establishment and maintenance of the district's plan of interventions. If a district is paid more than it is entitled to receive under the program, the state board shall notify the district of the amount of such overpayment, and such district shall remit the same to the state board. The state board shall remit any moneys so received to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each su
