§ 72-3424 — Technical advice and assistance by state department; recommendations

Kansas·Ch. 72 SCHOOLS·Art. 34 SPECIAL EDUCATION

The department, upon request, shall:

(1)Give technical advice and assistance to any agency in connection with the establishment and maintenance of special education and related services for exceptional children;

(2)make recommendations to any agency concerning appropriate special education or related services to be provided to exceptional children; and (3) consider and give advice to any agency concerning problems encountered by such agency in complying with the requirements of this act.
