Text
The instrument of conveyance quit claiming, releasing and remising the real estate described in K.S.A. 72-281 shall be executed in the name of the state board of education by its chairman. Said state board shall execute the quit claim deed for the reason that such real estate is no longer needed or used for educational purposes which existed on the 25 th day of March, 1969, on which date the United States of America, grantor, conveyed such real estate and appurtenances to the state board of education of the state of Kansas.
