§ 72-2694 — Same; rules and regulations

Kansas·Ch. 72 SCHOOLS·Art. 26 SCHOOL DISTRICT EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEMS

The board of education shall have power to adopt rules and regulations for the carrying out of the purposes of this act.
