The board of education of unified school district No. 241, Wallace county, is hereby authorized to transfer a tract of land located in the southeast corner of the southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of section one (1), township fifteen (15) south, range thirty-nine (39), west of the sixth p.m. in Wallace county, Kansas, and more particularly described as commencing at the southeast corner of said section one (1), thence in a northerly direction along the east section line of said section one (1), a distance of four hundred seventeen feet, six inches (417' 6"); thence in a westerly direction at right angles, a distance of four hundred seventeen feet, six inches (417' 6"); thence in a southerly direction at right angles, a distance of four hundred seventeen feet, six inches (417' 6") more or less, to
