§ 72-1540 — Same; duty of county attorney

Kansas·Ch. 72 SCHOOLS·Art. 15 SCHOOL DISTRICT LANDS
Any such suit shall be conducted on behalf of the state by the county attorney of the county in which such land shall be situate, under the supervision of the attorney general.
