Text
The secretary of transportation is hereby authorized and empowered to expend funds from the highway fund for the purpose of maintaining, by and with the consent of the appropriate agencies of the federal government, roads and highways marked by it as state or federal routes, which roads and highways traverse any federal reservation or other federal property. The secretary is further authorized to expend highway funds to construct a highway not exceeding three (3) miles in length through a military reservation, when such construction is required to complete a link in the interstate highway system, and after the appropriate agencies of the federal government has granted a right-of-way or easement to the secretary across such military reservation and said highway shall be considered as a part
