th division, the iron men of Metz highway. United States highway 24 from the east city limits of Topeka, then east on United States highway 24, to the junction with United States highway 59, then north on United States highway 59, to the junction with K-92 highway, then in a northeasterly direction on K-92 highway to the northern boundary of the city of McLouth, then in a northeasterly direction from 94 th street in Jefferson county on K-92 highway to the city of Leavenworth, is hereby designated as the 95 th division, the iron men of Metz highway. The secretary of transportation shall place signs along the highway right-of-way at proper intervals to indicate that the highway is the 95 th division, the iron men of Metz highway, except that such signs shall not be placed until the secretary
