From the junction of K-15 with K-82 east through the city of Wakefield to the south junction of K-82 with U.S. highway 77, is hereby designated as the Wm.

H.Avery highway. The secretary of transportation shall place markers along the highway right-of-way at proper intervals to indicate that the highway is the Wm.
H.Avery highway. The secretary of transportation may accept and administer gifts and donations to aid in obtaining suitable highway signs bearing the proper approved inscription.
