§ 65-790 — Penalties for violation of act

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 7 MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS

Any person who violates any provision of this act or any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder shall be guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.
