§ 65-783 — Cleanliness of dairy equipment; use of approved water source
(a)Utensils, milk cans, milking machines, pipeline systems and other equipment used in the handling of milk and dairy products shall be:
(1)Maintained in good condition;
(2)free from rust, open seams, milk stone or any unsanitary condition;
(3)washed, rinsed and drained after each milking and stored in suitable facilities; and
(4)sanitized immediately before use as required by rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this act.
(b)Any source of water supply used by a dairy farm shall be safe, clean and ample for the cleaning of dairy utensils and equipment as required by rules and regulations promulgated under this act.
