Text

(a)The secretary, through the department of agriculture's laboratory, may test any sample of milk, milk product or dairy product for bacteria or somatic cells or perform any other test required by this act or any rules and regulations promulgated under this act.
(b)The secretary is hereby authorized to establish by rules and regulations a schedule of fees for such tests performed by the laboratory.
