§ 65-772 — Secretary to adopt rules and regulations

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 7 MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS

(a)The secretary shall adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement the provisions of this act, and shall be charged with the enforcement of this act and of any rules and regulations adopted hereunder.

(b)All rules and regulations of the Kansas department of agriculture or the secretary of the Kansas department of agriculture concerning milk, cream and dairy products in existence on the effective date of this act shall continue to be effective until revised, amended, revoked or nullified pursuant to law.
