§ 65-7604 — Acupuncture needles; requirements

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 76 ACUPUNCTURE PRACTICE ACT

Needles used in the practice of acupuncture shall only be prepackaged, single-use and sterile. These needles shall only be used on an individual patient in a single treatment session.
