§ 65-7217 — Professional liability insurance required

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 72 NATUROPATHIC DOCTORS

Professional liability insurance coverage shall be maintained in effect by each naturopathic doctor as a condition to rendering professional service as a naturopathic doctor in this state. The board shall fix by rules and regulations the minimum level of coverage for such professional liability insurance.
