§ 65-6a53 — Imported catfish; labeling

No catfish which is produced outside of the United States shall be sold or offered for sale at retail in the state of Kansas for consumption off of the premises upon which sold or offered for sale unless clearly labeled in letters not less than one-fourth (1/4) inch in height as having been imported.
