§ 65-6a50 — Same; prosecution for violation of act

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 6a MEAT AND POULTRY

Upon determining that a provision of this act has been violated, it shall be the duty of the attorney general to institute appropriate proceedings in the proper courts without delay and to prosecute the same in the manner provided by law.
