§ 65-6a39 — Jurisdiction to enforce act vested in district court

Kansas·Ch. 65 PUBLIC HEALTH·Art. 6a MEAT AND POULTRY

The district courts are vested with jurisdiction specifically to enforce and to prevent and restrain violations of this act, and shall have jurisdiction in all other kinds of cases arising under this act, except as provided in K.S.A. 65-6a24(e).
