§ 65-6a33 — Slaughter and preparation of meat and products not for human food, not inspected; identification
Inspection shall not be provided under this act at any establishment for the slaughter of livestock or poultry, or the preparation of any carcasses or parts or products of such animals, which are not intended for use as human food, but such articles shall be denatured or otherwise identified as prescribed by rules and regulations of the secretary of agriculture prior to their offer for sale, distribution or transportation [in] intrastate commerce, unless naturally inedible by humans, to deter their use for human food. No person shall buy, sell, transport, distribute or offer for sale, distribution or transportation, or receive for distribution or transportation in intrastate commerce, any carcasses, parts thereof, meat or meat food products or poultry or poultry products of any such animal
